Orders within Asia normally take 1-4 business days to arrive after being shipped. Orders outside Asia normally take up to 6 business days to arrive after being shipped. Occasionally, international orders are delayed in customs causing the delivery to be delayed.
If you require a faster delivery service, please request during the order, we can use special express delivery for you.
All our products comes with a standard 90 days warranty (or other warranty period as agreed in writing). In the rare case of the product having a fault within the given warranty period, please contact us.
After we have received notification of your faulty product, you will receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number with shipping instructions via email. This RMA form must be returned with the goods and the RMA number must be clearly referenced on the packaging of the returned goods. Upon approval of your claim, a similar (non-defective) product will be sent. If we are unable to provide a product replacement, your payment will be refunded.
